Section 20
Special provisions related to the stock of narcotic drugs remaining according to the previous license
: According to the license obtained according to the Narcotic Drugs Act, 2017 and the Narcotic Drugs Rules, 2019, when this Act comes into effect, the stock of narcotic drugs remaining with someone must be filed with the Drug Control Officer within the prescribed period.
